It's that beautiful time of the evening when the clouds are gathering and moving over towards the west, birdsong fills the air, soft light makes this faded city look more intensely vibrant and the river breeze moves the curtains...
I've discovered a photographer on Flickr - Careenin - whose work I love. Some of her shots are very moving and some are quite quirky and fun. Did I ever give you the link to my Flickr photostream? It's not as interesting as this one I'm afraid and I'm very bad at keeping it up to date. I often find messages from people weeks later... Anyway, you can find it here.
